All debts have been purchased through either the original creditor or a duly authorized third party and are now the sole property of FCS, which can at their option settle them or pursue whatever legal avenues are available to adjudicate said debt.
Financial Credit Service is a Corporation existing in good standing under the laws of the state of Illinois and carries the authority and authorizations as required by governmental authority to liquidate all claims on a national basis and in each state as it sees fit. Additionally, FCS reserves the right to accrue interest as originally agreed to between the consumer and the original creditor and in accordance with state and federal statutes until the account is either paid or brought to a civil judgment where applicable.
