At FCS, while we believe that your past due bill can not be left unpaid, we also believe that you should be treated fairly and professionally. Our representatives are trained to work WITH you, not against you in the resolution of your debt. However, there may be times when you feel that that didn’t happen.
In those cases, we want to know about it.
Because we welcome your comments, you are encouraged to spend a minute and e-mail us any comments or complaints you may have. Even though your bill exists and must be paid, we want to make that process as pleasent for you as possible. If we haven’t done that or if you think we can do it better, we’re all ears.
